Jen Hall is a well-known conservative political professional with extensive experience in campaigns and long-standing relationships across the state of Texas. She formerly served as Executive Director for the Republican Party of Texas, working closely with county chairs, candidates, and grassroots leaders in all 254 counties. Jennifer is widely respected for her institutional knowledge, ability to connect people, and hands-on approach to getting things done. If Texas politics had a “phone-a-friend,” she’d be on speed dial.
Abbey Moore keeps She’s So Political running with the same steady focus and attention to detail she uses when managing and presenting top-ranked show dogs. This skill set transitions well to the fast-paced, high-demand nature of campaigns. She’s formerly worked statewide at the Republican Party of Texas under the direction of Jennifer Hall, handling filings, county-chair coordination, training, events, and every behind-the-scenes detail that no one sees but everyone depends on. She’s organized, steady under pressure, and the reason our candidates look polished instead of panicked.
Jennifer McDonald's political life basically started in junior high, when her dad marched her into a Ross Perot phone bank, and she discovered Texans have opinions as big as the state itself.
She went on to serve as Texas Election Integrity Director for the Republican National Committee, managing the statewide Election Integrity War Room and the team of attorneys who triaged election-integrity issues and took action as needed.
Before that, she spent more than a decade in public education as a teacher and technology specialist.
Today, she supports campaigns across Texas with whatever the race needs most — organizing, operations, social media management, and digital content.

Police, fire, and emergency services need real support, not lip service. Prioritizing training, resources, and coordination keeps first responders ready and protects a growing Leander from the risks that come with rapid growth.
SMART GROWTH AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Leander needs to ensure the basics work: reliable water systems, better traffic flow, and neighborhoods designed to protect quality of life. Common-sense planning makes room for new opportunities without sacrificing what residents already value.
